What makes your coffee healthy to drink? On the other hand, I might say, “Is there a healthy coffee?”
The Gano Brand Healthy Coffee contains the Ganoderma "Reishi", which is the secret ingredient that makes this coffee uniquely healthy. The “Reishi” mushroom has the natural ability to help improve the body's pH level and detoxify the body as it has 200 active nutrients, vitamins and minerals including 150+ different antioxidants.
A ganoderma coffee is a type dietary supplement that promotes alkalinity in the body unlike those ordinary coffees having high level of acidity. Because this coffee has the finest organic “Reishi”, you are promoting good health with every cup you take.
Before taking that morning sip, think first whether you’re drinking a healthy coffee or not.

Tips
Eating a variety of foods
We eat more when faced with different number choices such as low-cal, filling fare such as veggies and lean protein. Chances are your fridge is filled with variety of a different sort and we’ll soon eat a variety of foods were slimming doesn’t fit.
Just limit your shelves to one or two types that ranges to nutritious foods.
Never going for seconds
Loading your plate with a heaping pile of food, chances are, you’ll eat it all. The first second you add a serving, make it less and the second time around add a little less more.
This restrains you from another gauge of hunger but keep it in reasonable portion.
Exercise to eat more
Doesn’t really burn enough calories as you might think. Ann Yelmokas McDermott, director of the Center for Obesity Prevention and Education at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo says, “Thirty minutes on the elliptical, for example, cancels out only one Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.”
Working out may make you feel good, so you eat better.
Aren’t Fruits and Vegies Fattening
Keri Gans, R.D., a spokesperson in New York City for the American Dietetic Association says, “A piece of fresh fruit has 60 calories, and a serving of most vegetables has about 25.”
You rather pick water-rich veggies such as zucchini and spinach and high-fiber fruit such as apples and berries. And replace fatty sauces and dressings with low-cal ones such as salsa, fat-free ranch dressing and spritzes of lemon and lime.

So how do you boost your energy that can help you stay productive and happy throughout your workday? There are lots of great list posted out there on how to boost your energy and this tips below are methods I’ll be trying myself.
• Get rid of that stuffy nose. Allergies will make you feel tired and cranky, but can be relieved with over-the-counter medicines.
• Have an afternoon power snack.
• Eat lots of berries, as they contain antioxidants that boost energy.
• Eat a satisfying breakfast but a light lunch, as a heavy lunch will leave you feeling drained for the whole afternoon.
• Add more cardio to your gym time, as more aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping.
• Get on your toes, as it stimulates your circulatory system.

Work your abs everyday. Just like every muscle parts, your abs need rest and recovery. Be consistent for that three to five days a week of abdominal training and you’ll get that sleek abs.
Take half hour of ab workout. I think that’s too long to train your abs. About five minutes of ab training each time is effective. Remember, think about quality over quantity.
Slow crunches make you strong. I do kickboxing and such training isn’t in slow-motion but I get effective lean ab work.
Train abs at the end of workout. Its really doesn’t matter whether at the beginning or at the end, as long as consistency is practice then go ahead. Don’t forget to warm-up first just to prevent any types of injuries.
Pilates can't get you six-packs. If you practice regularly, combining with proper diet and cardio, then absolutely it can give you a six-pack. One thing, its not a guarantee to have such pack, this depends on your muscle tone, or how lean you are, or how long your torso is and also how tall you are.
Without weight machine, you won’t get firm. Wrong, I’ve read an article about how Bruce Lee get those muscles without touching a single machine. Although, women love to stick to the floor, we also get those lean muscles just like Bruce has – ok not too bulgy.
